Economist: la maggioranza dei manifestanti erano smelici ragazzini arrabbiati; non v'e' stata prvoa di coordinamento salvo quello naturale e spontaneo tipico di questo genere di manifsestazioni (le dichiarazioni poi rientrate di Sarkozy non hanno portato a nulla, ne' sono emerse prove) :"Roughly half of those arrested have been teenagers, most of them in their own suburbs, since they lack the transport to go anywhere else. Even in Evry, where the petrol-bomb store was uncovered, officials say that the teenagers involved were petty criminals, not radicalised fanatics. This was the angry rebellion of a beardless, Nike-wearing teenage underclass.

Many of the country’s Muslim clerics agree. “This is not about Islam,” declares Khalil Merroun, rector of the Evry mosque. “The rioting youths have no notion of Islam or what the Koran teaches.” The Union of Islamic Organisations of France (UOIF), a hard-talking group, has issued a fatwa forbidding Muslims from taking part in the violence. Some local Muslim associations have been organising night-time patrols to try to calm the rioters.
Il che e' forse peggio, da un certo punto di vista: non amo lo Stato, ma lo preferisco a un'orda vigilantes teocratici! Inoltre, si potrebbe notare come certe smentite sono quasi d'oblbigo, in questi casi; le dichiarazioni di "simpatia" , "supporto" e "comprensione" da parte di imam ed organizzazioni islamiche di base si sono sprecate.
Il mancato coinvolgimento - o sfruttamento mediatico - della rivolta da parte dei vertici islamici francesi rimane un fattore positivo.
Il vero problema con l'Islam, comunque, non e' almeno in Francia un problema di strutture cospiratorie, ma dele distrotrsioni che genera a livello individuale, se interafgisce con un sistema nazional-socialista come quello francese: il giovane delle perfierie vede "inferiori" come le proprie donne avere un lavoro e mantenere le famiglie, si vede vitima della polizia a seguito della tolleranza zero (si vede, non dico che lo sia veramente) e si ritiene tenuto ai margini dalla societa' : in realta' il sistema francese non ce l'ha con lui; ma e' senza mobilita' sociale e agli immigrati ed ai loro figli spetta nella realta' il ruolo di casta piu' bassa; per aggiungere al danno la beffa, la retorica francese e' quanto di piu' nazionalcollettivista vi sia in Europa, col risultato di spargere sale sulle ferite:
